How long will it take to receive my package?

USA Orders: Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 1-4 days.  As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info.  Delivery takes 1-4 weeks after item ships.  

International orders:  Items will be processed and shipped within 4 days of purchase.  Items will be delivered in 2-4 weeks.  You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with your tracking information. International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur. 

 

Where is my order coming from?

We ship from wholesalers across the globe. Most of our items come from China. We work hard to make sure we're only offering quality items to you. We ship directly from our manufacturers to save our customers an additional shipping & packaging cost.

 

I only received part of my order, where are my other items?

Due to the fact that we work with several different wholesalers, some of our items ship separately at no extra cost to you. You will receive tracking information after your item(s) have been shipped. Do not worry if you've only received part of your order, the rest is on it's way shortly! 

 

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Yes! Our website is powered by Shopify, which guarantees protection for all people involved. Your personal information will not be shared, sold, or used for any other method than fulfilling and shipping your order, and getting in touch with you if necessary. 

 

 

How do I track my order?

When your item(s) ship, you will be sent an email letting you know which item has shipped, and it will include a tracking number. If your information does not show up immediately, please give it time for the tracking number to sync with your item and update in the system.
